Back Office Administrator
lmw is currently seeking a Back Office Administrator on behalf of a leading financial company.
- Accumulate and proceed with legal supporting documentation
- Coordinate actions on liquidation
- Update client reporting sheets through proprietary reporting tool on Excel
- Prepare reports as required
- Comply with banking policies and regulations
- Previous experience in back office operations, preferably in a law firm or in the banking sector
- Bachelor’s Degree in business sector or finance
- Excellent command of MS Office
- Very good English skills
- Excellent organizational ability
- Highly motivated and ambitious
- Flexible and adaptable
